Although technically, there was no 4th place announced, the director liked this so much he thought
it should be mentioned. He hopes to contact the writer in the future when a commercial fits.

Everyone who entered deserves applause. Many, many people who entered could have easily also won. Thanks to all of you talented, willing, wonderful writers. We had to listen and grade songs over and over, the quality of entries was so good.

Honorable Mentions: There are so many honorable mentions, I'm not sure when/if they will be posted, however these notes are fairly well applicable to all.

The director said he would have chosen other songs to listen to for pleasure, but these most fit the commercials he is making.   PLEASE NOTE: THE DIRECTOR LISTENED TO EVERY SONG ENTERED. He also asked to keep some of the songs on file for the future. He was gracious enough to point out that a good piece for a commercial should have "sections" that build and for his needs, should go from "suspense" to a positive resolve, and have some build to the music. 

Also, remember, that this judging was not based only on the qualities of songwriting, but what the director of the commercial thought would be perfect for his vision. So your song may have been a really good song, but not appropriate for his needs the way he saw them.
